Lush Shack was created by James and Kacy Gatto from a love for vintage things and great company over tasty cocktails.  Hospitality is what we love and what we do!  Our classic trailer that has been converted into a full-service mobile bar, brings the hospitality to you and your event so you can "sip" back and relax!!

Our services start at $1200.00 per event.  Please reach out to us to further discuss your specific event and needs.

Pursuant to California liquor laws, alcohol is not included in our pricing and is to be  purchased and supplied by the client.

FAQ's

Who provides the alcohol? Can you do a cash bar?

At Lush Bar, we serve the the alcohol that has been purchased by the host(s) of the event.

Can you serve draft beer or is it by the bottle?

We can do either, with space on the trailer for two kegs of beer.  With access to many brands, we can assist you in making beer selections.

How do we reserve a date?

In order to reserve a date, we ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold your date.  The balance is due 7 days prior to the day of your event.  We accept cash, VenMo, PayPal and/or credit & debit cards.

What is the average cost for Lush Bar at an event?

Every event is different in size, number of guests, duration and overall bar menu.  Call us today so we can learn more about your event needs and we'll be happy to provide you with a free quote.

What if it rains at my event?

Since our mobile bars are open and airy, we could literally get "swamped" by rain.  In the event that it does rain on your big day, we will require a tent covering or canopy and would be happy to work with your venue, planner or tent vendor.

Is gratuity included in your fee?

Gratuities are not included and tips are customary in the bartending business.  Two options are available: a tip jar placed at event, or a 20% gratuity fee added to your package.

What kind of power or electricity is needed?

We can operate with your usual household 110 volt power.  If your event is at an area where power is not accessible, we can use our generator for an additional fee.

What areas do you serve?

We primarily serve the greater Tulare County area.  However, we can do custom out of town events for an additional fee.

What other service requirements do we need?

We ask for flat ground for setup and service, and clear access upon set-up and break down to enter and leave the location. We begin setup 2-3 hours before the scheduled start time.  Trash will need to be handled by venue.

What are the dimensions of the Lush Shack Mobile Bar?

Our trailer is approximately 9 feet wide, by 8 feet high, by 16 feet long, including the hitch.
